V. Machine Installation

1. This automatic coil packing machine system is composed of blocker roller stations,

guide rail, main machine, trolley, hydraulic system, shuttle, packing material release & storage station, U-type orbital, automatic mechanical hand, signal detection system, electric circuit system, electric cabinet and etc.

2. The machine shall be mounted in dry and dust free environment.

3. The machine shall be mounted on flat and hard ground, where the ground

load should be more than 10t/ m².

4.     Power supply should be in accord with states in the nameplate of the

machine.

5.     Only trained personnel can be allowed to enter the installation site.

6.     The entire installation shall be done under the power supply is cut off.

7.     As the machine has been transported and moved, all flexible components

shall be inspected carefully.

8.     Install the guide rail as the design drawing on the ground horizontally,

then place trolley on guide rail to make sure the trolley can moved smoothly.

9.     Put main engine/machine in the trolley, machine should be perpendicular

to the trolley.

10.  Install the U-type orbital and shuttle as the design drawing.

11.  Install the hydraulic station and relevant pipelines.

12.  Place three blocker roller stations, electric wire trunking, signal

detection coil packaging machine system in correct positions according to the drawing.

13.  Connect and check electric circuit system well as the electric diagram.

14.  Connect the power supply after installation complete.

15.  Move the main coil packaging machine to three blocker roller stations in separate

in “Manual” mode and check their signals.

16.  Calibrate the three blocker roller stations according to the stop positions

of the main engine/machine.

17.  Operate each operation in “Manual” mode. After confirming there is no

problem, operating them again in “Auto” mode.
